1. Agreement

These terms govern your use of the BruntX website and platform ("the Service"). By creating an account or using the Service, you agree to these terms and to our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, please do not use the Service.

2. Who can use BruntX

You must be at least 18 years old to create a BruntX account. You are responsible for the accuracy of the information you provide and for keeping your login credentials secure. One person per account; you may not share or transfer your account.

3. The Service

BruntX provides tools that help athletes build a professional profile, follow career pathways, complete learning content and plan actions towards a career transition. The Service is provided on an early-access basis: features may change, be added or be withdrawn as we develop the platform. BruntX does not guarantee employment, interviews or any particular career outcome.

4. Your content

You retain ownership of the information you add to your profile. You grant BruntX a licence to store, process and display that content as needed to operate the Service. You agree not to upload content that is unlawful, misleading, or that infringes anyone else's rights.

5. Acceptable use

• Do not misuse the Service, attempt to access other users' data, or probe or disrupt our systems.
• Do not impersonate another person or misrepresent your athletic or professional history.
• Do not use the Service to send spam or unsolicited commercial messages.

We may suspend or terminate accounts that breach these terms.

6. Liability

The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, to the maximum extent permitted by law. BruntX is not liable for indirect or consequential losses arising from your use of the Service. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law.

7. Ending your account

You can stop using the Service and ask us to delete your account at any time by emailing hello@bruntx.com. We may suspend or close accounts that breach these terms or where required by law.

8. Changes and governing law

We may update these terms as the Service evolves; we will post changes on this page and update the date above, and material changes will be communicated to account holders by email. These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales, and disputes are subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
