Built by someone who lived the gap.
Sport gave Lauren Domfe structure during a period of homelessness. From there it carried her to Team GB, a second-place finish at a World University Powerlifting Championship, Cambridge, and McKinsey. Each stage proved the same point in a different arena: trained capability transfers. Almost nothing in the system around it was built to show that to an employer.
At McKinsey, she saw the same gap from the hiring side, watching sporting backgrounds get treated as a footnote on a CV rather than the evidence base they actually were. BruntX is the infrastructure she built so the next athlete doesn't have to make that case alone, one conversation at a time.
